Francesco Adami is a registered Architect, certified Passive House Designer and Director of TERRA! With a Masters in Architecture at Milan Polytechnic and over ten years of industry experience in Italy and Australia, he has an in-depth knowledge of construction, materials, design and sustainable architecture principles, with a strong interest in energy-efficient buildings, natural materials and renewable resources.

Francesco has been involved in teaching at Melbourne University – Faculty of Architecture as a sessional tutor, and has joined Australian Passivhaus Association's PH101 program as a speaker.

Francesco brought his cultural heritage and experience as an architect overseas with him and blended it into the Australian environment and lifestyle. With extensive experience working for award-winning architecture firms in Melbourne (Inbetween Architecture and Maxa Design), Francesco deeply understands the needs of Australian people at various life stages with a commitment to designing spaces that matter. With TERRA! he’s on a mission to pioneer a new era of architecture in Australia, one that prioritises the preservation of our planet for future generations.

Kammy sets her design and problem-solving skills based on the ability to listen and question in order to develop deep understanding of an issues along with an inquisitive mind. Acquired a mixed academic background in Hong Kong and Australia, she owns a strong persistence, curiosity to new knowledge and respect to traditional values. With her interest in future educational pedagogy, and local, cultural and religious behaviour, she is passionate about excellent design responding to site context, users experience and cultural significance.
