PROJECT OVERVIEW
A coworking space built around how people work
Located within a mixed-use building and occupying approximately 200 square metres, the project set out to create a shared office environment tailored to the needs of freelance professionals and small businesses. The goal was to design a flexible, comfortable and contemporary workspace that encourages collaboration while providing areas for focused work and private meetings.
01 — Open
A hub for collaboration
The layout features a central open-plan area with six workstations, complemented by an entrance zone that functions as a reception and informal relaxation area for visitors and members. A café-style kitchen area fosters social interaction and provides an inviting place for breaks, making the shared heart of the space as much about connection as it is about work.
02 — Flexible
Room for every kind of gathering
A multipurpose room accommodates courses, presentations and lectures, offering versatility for different professional and community activities, while a dedicated meeting room provides a private setting for focused discussion. Together these spaces let the workplace flex between quiet concentration, group collaboration and larger events.
03 — Private
A balanced ecosystem of spaces
Alongside the shared areas, the project includes eight private offices intended for small businesses or individuals who require more privacy. Together, these spaces create a balanced ecosystem of open, semi-private and private environments, supporting a wide range of working styles within a cohesive and well-organised workplace.
